This socially responsible principle has always left its mark on the selection of suitable suppliers and our dealings with them. Personally, we have ensured the production conditions and advocated for workers' rights. However, the desire also arose to have these conditions assessed and evaluated by an independent party. This is a request that many providers of various certifications could not easily fulfill.

Therefore, we have continuously worked to establish transparent and ethical standards within our supply chain. Since 2009, we became the second German member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) to ensure that both we and our suppliers meet the highest social standards. These efforts were recognized by the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) with the highest classification – the "Leader Status," which we held until the end of our membership.

Despite our departure from direct cooperation with the FWF as of December 31, 2023, we continue to focus on transparent supply chains and remain true to our principles. Our commitment to social responsibility and sustainability is firmly rooted and will continue to be a central part of our company philosophy.
